What are the different images of heaven within the Christian Tradition?
What are our Jewish roots of heavenly images?
What are the Greek and Roman influences?
What are medieval influences and even our modern perspectives?
The conversation will be engaging, and we'll explore some video excerpts as well.
WE will come together at 9:30 in the Parish Hall...So grab a bite of breakfast and pull up a chair...

Welcome to the New St. Benedict's parish blog for Adult Spiritual Formation!!
Hello everyone! Welcome to the new blog that will serve as the Central "online hub" for all Spiritual Formation and Christian Education at St. Benedict's Episcopal Church. For some time, we have wondered how we can increase awareness of the many opportunities for classes, study, retreats, conversations and prayer experiences at the parish. So, here goes...
Different folks from around the parish will be contributing to the blog, adding their voices into a rich "tapestry" of expressions. If you would like to contribute an article or a reflection, please let me know....
